Delivery & Returns Information
Delivery is by Royal Mail, Courier, or via download links for digital goods. Products are usually dispatched within 24 hours of ordering.
All of the items are thoroughly checked for quality before they are packaged and sent out. Please refer to my terms and conditions in the event of any item arriving in a damaged condition.
Post & Packaging/Delivery Charges
charges are as follows: Spend £1 - £20 = Standard Postage/packaging Cost = £2.99, Then, total spend of £20.01 - £35 = £3.50. Then total spend of £35.01 and upwards = £4.25. The amount of products ordered affects the increase in weight of products so this has been taken into account for charges shown. These charges may change in the future.
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return it then this must be done within 14 days of the date of the purchase.
Please email: with the order or invoice Reference number and reason for return.
When the return has been agreed you will receive the full ‘Return Address’ via email.
All Returns are at the customers expense and will not be covered by me.
Once the item is received by Psychic Pathways you will be notified via email and a full refund will be made for item(s) minus the postal/delivery charge. The postal/delivery charge will not be refunded.
Items will not be refunded if:
• The item is not received by Psychic Pathways from you, unless you provide tracking information as proof of posting
• The item is marked or stained or altered in any way from its original form.
** Sealed tarot card decks must be returned in their original packaging. If the cellophane seal is broken and removed the deck cannot be sold as new and therefore, No return or refund will be accepted if cellophane seal is broken and/or removed.
